Harbour Electronical Services B.V. was founded in 2002 by Mr. Erik Holstein to provide a reliable, 24-hour emergency repair and maintenance service for vessels moored in the port of Rotterdam.

The company filled a gap in the market and quickly flourished. It was not long before its geographic scope had widened to encompass international ports. Soon afterwards, in response to the high customers’ demands, the volume of work increased and Harbour Electronical Services B.V. started to supply electronic spare parts, provide consultation and advice, offer scheduled maintenance programs, and organize that all repairs, refurbished equipment, and workmanship were backed by the appropriate certifications and warranties. Nowadays Harbour Electronical Services is also active as a service operator for offshore operations and is skilled as a main contractor for larger E/I construction projects on board of your ships, offshore installations or plants.
